How to lay flooring on underfloor heating successfully?
Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth for your feet. To ensure you can enjoy this, make sure that the thermal resistance of the floor structure (floor + underlay) does not exceed 0.15 m²K/W when installing it.
You can find the thermal resistance of our underlays in the product information for the respective product. In general, underlays with a thickness of 3 mm or more are not suitable for underfloor heating.
You can find out the thermal resistance of your laminate or vinyl flooring from the flooring manufacturer. Please always follow their specifications in this regard.
