Residual moisture is the amount of unbound water contained in a screed/concrete. It can be measured in various ways. Common methods include CM measurement, measurement according to the electrical resistance principle, or gravimetric moisture determination. The floor in question is only ready for covering once the limit specified by the floor covering manufacturer has been reached.
